Roy A. Majors – age 70 of Maynardville, passed away peacefully at his home on December 4, 2016. Roy was a member of Beulah’s Chapel Baptist Church. He was a United States Army Veteran who loved his family, his pets and enjoyed fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Majors; mother and step-father, Beatrice and Otis Sisk; daughter, Kathy “Kat” Majors; and brother, Joseph Majors.
Roy is survived by his wife, Wanda Majors; daughters, Misty (Dean) Lemons and Roxann (Clyde) Long; son, Troy (Christina) Majors; step-sons, Jason (Beth) Sisk and Josh Sisk; grandchildren, Chad and Jody Lemons, Jessica and Anthony Coburn, Brandon Ward, Dillon and Mitchell Majors, and Michael Sisk; great grandchildren, Anastasia, Adryonia and Arabella Coburn; brother, Bobby Sisk; sisters, Wanda Nicely, Elizabeth (Willard) Nicely and Ruth Maynard; and several nieces and nephews.
