Teresa Ann Muncey – age 57 of Corryton, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016. She was a member of Powerhouse Freewill Baptist Church of Maynardville and an employee at North Knoxville Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by father, Raymond Stanford; mother, Betty (Ford) Stanford; father-in-law, William Arthur “Ott” Muncey; mother-in-law, Edria (Beeler) Muncey; and son-in-law, Bradley L. Nicley. Teresa is survived by loving husband of 39 years, Dennie Muncey; daughters, Crystal Nicley and fiancé Eddie Scearce and Tanya (Reverend Matt) Cantrell; grandchildren, Noah Nicley, Callie Nicley, Braden Cantrell and Briley Cantrell; sisters, Debbie (Kevin) Ryder, Vickie (David) Burkhart, Cathy (Darrell Ridenour) Chadwick and Sandra (Matt) Vincent; brothers, Donnie (Linda) Stanford and Norman (Michele) Stanford; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the staff at North Knoxville Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Matt Cantrell, Reverend Norman Stanford and Reverend Earl Russell officiating.
