Tripp, Thomas H. of Maynardville, passed away February 25, 2015 after a long illness. Tom was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on August 16, 1941. He is retired from a career in banking and real estate. Tom enjoyed fishing and was an avid outdoorsman. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Tom is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janet McCracken; daughter, Tracey (Richard) Thorpe; son, Thomas (Kris) Tripp; two step-sons, Tim (Joslyn) Klein and Geoffrey (Ginger) Klein; and five grandchildren, Brittany, Geoffrey, Ben, Nina and Grae. A memorial will be scheduled at a later time. Tom requested that donations be made to the Union County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
